Exterior

The Isabella Grace is 60 feet long and dark blue in colour with cream trim. There are 3 windows and 3 portholes down the port side and 2 windows and 3 portholes down the starboard side. All have a brass trim. The starboard side also has a side door finished in dark blue.

The exterior has anti-slip coating along the roof and gunwales and discreet grab rails on the front of the cabin sides, which makes access in and out of the front deck easier. The roof is fitted with safety cabin edge rails and brass mushroom vents. All exposed deck areas are covered with black non-slip grid matting.


Rear Deck

A wooden topped handrail and guard railing surrounds the 8 ft, cruiser style rear deck with a stern dodger for added safety and rail extensions each side to close the gangway gaps as desired. The engine controls are mounted on a port side post leaving ample room for the helmsman and space for chairs/stools for other occupants. A courtesy light for ease of access during dark evenings is fitted to light the area. A sliding hatch cover provides easy access to the rear of the boat via a metal door on the starboard side. The door is lined with wood to match the interior of the boat and opens onto steps that run down into the utility area.

Interior Layout

The boat is finished throughout in oak faced ply with solid oak trim. All corners and edges have a rounded finish and storage has been maximised as much as possible. Lighting is by a series of DR2D lights and wall lights spaced throughout the rooms and corridor. The wet room, galley and bathroom each have "expelair" air vents fitted. The corridor runs from the rear deck along the starboard side through the utility area, galley and dinette. The layout provides a cross over point in the saloon with the corridor continuing on the portside past the bathroom and master cabin to the front deck. All portholes and windows apart from that in the galley are fitted with curtains.

Utility Area

Accessed via steps from the rear deck. The steps have a handrail for safety. A door provides access to a wet room on the portside. The wet room is tiled completely in white with white and chrome fixtures and fittings. The sink is situated under the porthole with the cassette toilet opposite. There is a mirror and shaver socket on the right hand wall above a recessed washing machine. The electricity control panel is on the wall above the toilet with a heated towel rail beneath it. Natural light is provided via a portside porthole. A further porthole is in the corridor on the starboard side.


Galley

The galley is 8ft long and situated on the portside. The work surface is U-shaped with a glass lidded chrome gas hob on the extreme right hand side. Refrigerator and oven units are stacked on the extreme left-hand side and a microwave oven is positioned alongside it. An oval chrome sink unit is fitted centrally under a portside window, which is fitted with a blind. On the starboard side opposite the sink is a narrow cupboard situated beneath a starboard window.




Dinette

The raised dinette is 6ft 3ins in length and is fitted with an L-shaped seat beneath a portside window. There is ample storage under the long seat and a freezer is fitted under the short seat with access from the corridor. The dinette unit converts to a double bed as required. There is a side door on the starboard side with stowage beneath it for a perspex/fly-screen. Alongside the raised dinette is a curtain mechanism for dividing the dinette from the saloon when both are in use as bedrooms.



Saloon

The 10ft long saloon has a window on both starboard and portsides. A multi-fuel burning stove is situated in the front-end starboard corner. Between the stove and the portside corridor is a floor to roof storage unit containing an audio/visual unit with flat screen TV and radio/CD/DVD player. There is a storage unit on the portside between the window and the dinette. Two single chair/bed units occupy the centre of the room. A door provides access to the corridor from which the bathroom is accessed on the starboard side.


Bathroom

The bathroom is 6ft long and is tiled completely in white with white and chrome fixtures and fittings. The sink is in a corner unit and has a mirror and light/shaver socket above. The pump out toilet is adjacent to the sink unit and the shower unit is situated opposite. Natural light is provided via a porthole.





Main Cabin

The main cabin is 9 ft 3 in long and is accessed via a door at the end of the portside corridor. It contains a double bed unit with ample storage underneath and a double wardrobe unit with hanging and drawer storage space. There are 2 reading lights beneath the storage units over the bed. A corner storage unit is situated on the front portside and steps in the centre at the front lead up to double doors with windows looking out over the front deck. Natural light provided via a porthole on each side.




Front Deck

The front deck is 8ft in length with a storage box either side. There is a cratch with a navy blue cover and a courtesy light illuminates the whole area. In front of the cratch there is a calor gas storage compartment.
